Jude Metcalfe is president of DST Retirement Solutions where he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's defined contribution recordkeeping solutions. Mr. Metcalfe was appointed president in 2008 and has more than 25 years of financial services, retirement plan, and business process outsourcing experience.

DST Retirement Solutions is the single largest technology and servicing outsourcer in the industry, servicing 4.2 million retirement plan participants on its recordkeeping platform. Prior to joining DST Retirement Solutions, Mr. Metcalfe was CEO of Wealth Management Systems, Inc. Mr. Metcalfe holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Rutgers University. He is also Series 7, 24, and 63 licensed. Mr. Metcalfe serves on the board of trustees for the Employee Benefit Research Institute (EBRI).
